We are a safe and secure lenses exchange service and problems can rarely occur. In any case, we want you to be clear about our responsibilities. The date and purchase price of the broken frame must be proven by presenting the original purchase invoice for the said frame.
In no case will we be responsible for the collection of the product, the collection of the frames is a service to facilitate the process for the customer. Therefore, it is not possible for us to verify the content. We have to manage this responsibility with the shipping provider.
- Responsibilities for Unusable Frame Breakage or Loss in Shipment
- If the frame is less than 6 months old
- We will replace the frame of the same or similar price up to a maximum of € 120.
- If the frame has a purchase age between 6 months and 24 months.
- We will replace the mount of the same or similar price up to a maximum of 70 €.
- If the frame has a purchase age of between 24 months and 5 years
- We will replace the frame of the same or similar price up to a maximum of RRP 50 €.
- If the frame has been purchased for more than 5 years.
- We are not responsible. Refund of the purchase money.
- If the frame is less than 6 months old
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR THE LENSES INSTALLED IN THE FRAME AND ACCOMPANIED GLASSES TO EXTRACT THE GRADUATION.
